sorry for not keeping up bog- ANYWAY Wal-mart slow down signalize that our economy isnt exactly boon

I am so sorry for not keeping up this blog in a while but anyway, According to Bloomberg.com's recent article "Wal-Mart Slowdown Signals Economy Isn't Boon for Bush ", Wal-Mart's sales are slowing down dramatically. This article is basically giving all the blame to Bush but what about the other issues that could be going on with why there sales arent so good. I personally on the one hand think that it does relate to bush's presidency, but also thanks to the awareness movement going on against wal-mart, even on p.b.s there have been documentarys against wal-mart. Please feel free to respond with your opinions. THANKYOU

Instead of complaining about walmart have you ever thought about starting a business with your own money and running it like you think Walmart has too?

Basically all of the grocery stores are hurting these days - primarily because of cluelessness.

Is Margret still working for Wal-Mart?
I think WM does a good job of providing the American family with the food and clothing that we need.
This is being written on March 5, after it was announced that WM would close it's store in Jonquiere Quebec, that had recently been organized by a union.
Any Insights into Wal-Mart? This Comments page is still usable!

wal-mart is not about the people anymore.I was recently fired for what they thought i said to someone. Its hard to shop there when everything they sell is made in china. I wonder what sam would think if he were still alive. now wal-mart is just about how much money can we make and thats all. i will go out of my way to do all of my other shopping at other retailers. so should eveyone else.

Very nice site.
I am not nor is any member of my family associated in any way with this so called super store.
My elderly Father parked in the very front under the security cameras in a handicapped persons space recently and his car was damaged.Wal claims no liability.
Which means to me all people elderly youth etc are in danger in those parking lots and this if nothing else should be a very good cause not to shop at Wal.
To the blogger asking about putting ones money together and opening their own store, well I did in 1978 it was great until such stores as Wal popped up everywhere, and I had to sell in 1998,and Iam still unemployed.
